We would like to share a recently completed Roofing job in Kensington MD.
This was a complete tearoff and installation of Certainteed Landmark 30-year architectural shingles in the color Burnt Sienna.
This particular house is situated where not much sun hits the front, which in turn, causes algea and moss to grow. To prevent this, we installed zinc strips which releases zinc down the roof when it rains. See picture below and look at the metal strip toward the peak.
