This was a complete tear-off of all roofing and installation of a TPO roofing system. There was quite a surprise here as there was no less than 4 layers including tar and gravel that had to be removed. We installed new plywood decking and utilized tapered insulation to flow water to new drains that we installed through the concrete wall.
